Business Administration Support / Hire Desk Controller
Location: Normanton
We are looking for someone to join our new depot as part of an expanding depot network who enjoys been involved in all aspects of running a business. On a day-day basis you will liaise with our traffic management teams making sure work is allocated to meet our customer requirements. You will strive to put our customers first resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed, so that they feel truly valued.
Hire Desk Controller/Scheduler
Location: Spondon, Derby
Due to continued growth we are looking for a Hire Desk Controller / Scheduler to join our Derby depot our who enjoys been involved in all aspects of running a small business. On a day-day basis you’ll be taking customer requests via phone and email, turning these requests into live jobs, creating the job packs and picking lists for the crews, ensuring the kit is delivered to site on time and in line with SLA’s, liaising with your Traffic Management crews building great working relationships with our internal and external customers and ensuring we translate our customers’ requirements into the services that meet their needs. You will strive to put our “Customers First” resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed, so that they feel truly valued.
